• Billing occurs automatically on your renewal date
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

4.3 Changes to Pricing

• We may modify subscription fees with 30 days' prior notice
• Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content Ownership

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' rights

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

• YARN's software, design, features, and branding are our exclusive property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology

6. AI Writing Assistant

6.1 AI Usage and Content Protection

• AI responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs
• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content

6.2 AI Technical Limitations

• AI usage is subject to monthly prompt limits based on your subscription plan
• We reserve the right to modify AI capabilities and limitations
• Content Privacy. AI processing is done with strict privacy controls and your content is not stored by AI service providers beyond the immediate session

7. Sharing and Collaboration

7.1 Shared Content

• When you share content, you control the permissions and access levels
• Shared content remains your intellectual property
• You are responsible for managing who has access to your shared content

7.2 Reader Comments

• Comments on shared content are subject to our community guidelines
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate comments

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use YARN to:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Engage in illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
